Technology Literacy

Technology literacy is my ability to work with the new computers and software that are often presented to us in the fast-paced world that we live in today. This is a critical outcome to my success here in New Tech High and also later on in life.

My Digital Media class is where a lot of the new computer software is presented to me. One of the many programs I used was Adobe Photoshop, which is a program used to edit and create pictures. I learned how to use this program to change pictures to create certain effects and enhance the overall look of my web page. My home page is an example of what I have done with the program. The original picture is below, and after I finished editing it, the result was what you see on my home page.
