Internship at Bouchon Bakery
For my internship I worked with Ethan Howard and his staff at Bouchon Bakery in Yountville, CA (pictured above). I went there twice a week for a couples hours each visit. After completing 50 hours at Bouchon Bakery, my internship was over and I had to reflect and summerize my learning expierence.
