For my Senior Project I decided to raise an animal through 4H. At the beginning of senior project I started out raising pigs and in the process learned everything I could about breeding/raising/showing pigs. I spent the first five months of my senior project learning about pigs and in an unfortunate turn of events I lost the place that I was supposed to keep my 4H pigs at. So I talked to my mentor and we decided that I would start learning about sheep. I plan on continuing my senior project till August when I will sell my sheep at the fair. I feel that this experiences has taught me alot and will help further my Veterinarian career. I love being in 4H and have appreciated being taught about showmanship through my Monticello 4H group.
