My greatest accomplishment is going to be very much similar to everyone else in the senior class. There is no denying that making it to the end of my high school career and graduating is the greatest accomplishment in my lifetime. I have been going to school for twelve years to finally make it to here and now it is my time to complete it and move on to the “real world.”
I had satisfactory grades all the way up until the eighth grade and then my naïve teenage instincts kicked. A lot of my grades were starting to appear lower on my report cards. This was not a good time because this was right when my high school career was beginning. It's tough being young and stupid; at the time you don't really think about it, but you sure regret it when you're older.
I struggled a bit throughout my first two years at two different high schools. I went to Vintage High my freshman year and Napa High my sophomore year. While I was attending Napa High I stumbled across New Technology High and decided it would be the school for me.
This school has been great because it has challenged me in ways that other public high schools can't. My grades have improved only slightly, but I feel like I have done much more meaningful work throughout all of my classes. This class has taught me more than any other high school and graduating from here is definitely going to be the greatest accomplishment in my lifetime.
