Letter 1:
To Whom It May Concern:
Over the years, I have watched this talented girl over come any and every obstacle that has come her way. Since her elementary school years, I have always seen Lauren as one of the brightest and most pleasant people I have known and I feel honored to be able to write her a letter of recommendation.
Lauren has always been known to put more then 100% into everything she does. All throughout her school years, she has always been one of the top students and has at all times carried a 4.0 GPA or higher. In her high school years, Lauren was very into volunteer work and would help out a lot with the Napa Humane Society at the same time as keeping her grades up at school. The proudest I have been of Lauren so far is when I heard of her trip to Washington D.C. where she was nominated to attend the Nation Young Leaders Conference representing the state of California.
Outside from school, Lauren is known as a nice, loyal, loving, and friendly person that can get along with almost everyone. I have never seen Lauren let something get her down and I think that is what every person needs to be able to do to get through everything life is going to thrown at them. To have been given the chance to witness this beautiful, smart, caring, responsible, and all around good person grow up and to be taught things that I never thought someone of a younger age could teach me has been one of the best experiences of my life. Once again, I truly feel honored to be able and write Lauren this letter of recommendation and I can only wish her the best with what else life throws at her.
Sincerely,
Kevin Windecker

To whom it may concern:
It is a genuine pleasure and honor for me to recommend Lauren Hetzer. Lauren worked with me at Pet Food Express for 1 year. She began here as Sales Associate and continued to serve with increasing skill in that capacity.
During Lauren’s service with us I, like many others in the department, came to know and appreciate her. Very goal oriented as well as a team player, Lauren was always punctual, yet easygoing. She was keenly devoted to her work, but being a real people person, she was also enjoyable to be around.
Lauren demonstrated from early in her tenure that she understood what business is all about. She was well organized and thrived under adversity. She kept a sharp eye on the bottom line, but realized too that customer satisfaction is what makes or breaks your business. I suppose doing well in business is easy if you are, as she was, driven in equal measure by both quality and efficiency.
I would like to be very clear about why Lauren is no longer with us. Lauren is available for new challenges only because of her desire to learn and grow further. We would have loved to see her stay, but certainly understand her need to advance beyond the positions we have available.
In closing, let me say I have no hesitation in recommending Lauren Hetzer for anything. I feel confident she would be an asset to any organization.
Sincerely,
Julie Smith
