Collaboration
This is by far one of THE most important learning outcomes over all. I can't think of anything more important then learning how to work with other people to get some sort of job oriented task done and to a certain standard. No one in the working world can get by without this learning outcome, and if he/she is trying to get by without it, will be struggling until that knowledge.
For examples on how I acquired this skill, I wont be giving you some rubric based off of how I have been working with my peers for the second year in a row. I think it would be a better example if I where to use my Senior Project and my Summer Internship instead. I think examples of my Collaboration skill working in the field are far more recognizable and important then what I practice at school on a regular basis.
During my internship, I had to collaborate with a Carpentry Teacher, as well as work side by side, so we could effectively instruct his students on what to do for the projects they where building, and to do it safely. And during my internship, I had to work side by side with a number of different crews to effectively and safely, handle and navigate boats. (For more information see the respected links)
