Written Communication

Home

This is the area which shows how well I communicate within my own writing. Strong written communication skills are important in everyday life. This doesn't only mean being able to read and write effectively. You also need to be organized in the sense of presenting your ideas while using correct grammar and spelling and emphasis on certain words.

Example This example is from a project I completed within a group. The project was titled New York Times Upfront and we were told to design and write articles for a magazine that was read by teenagers. The topics were based upon the Constitution, but had to be relative to highschool students. I wrote two of the articles; "Your Responsibility to America", which I renamed a Jump On The Immigration Bandwagon. The article was about the process of applying for Naturalization and it's positive nad negative effects. The Second Article was the Consititution Up-Close, I wrote about how the fourth amendment is controversial for students.
