This was an internship contract between the nurse at QVH and I. This applies to the learning outcome career preparation because I'd like to be a RN nurse after high school. It was a great experience working alongside a RN learning medical terms, seeing them provide a sense of stability for the patient while their in their hands, the work they do behind the scenes, and the humor they share. I really would like to give a special thanks to the nurse that volunteered to give me a bird's eye view of a nurse. I thank her for her enthusiasm to help me, for her dedicated time, and the passion she has shown for her job. It has inspired me to be the best I can be in whatever I do, and I thank her.

This is a midpoint evaluation provided by the RN that showed my progress as I completed the 50 hour intern it is related to career preparation, because it shows how my growth over a period of time. It shows traits about my character in a work environment and lastly it is related to career preparation because I would like to be a RN nurse.
