Your Shadow
I am the darkness,
And you are my light.
Whenever you shine,
I’ll be your shadow.
Whenever I see,
Your bright, glorious light,
Shinning from heaven,
My heart fills with joy!
But to my dismay,
Whenever you shine,
All become shadows
In your glorious light.
Because of this feat,
I end up missing.
For I’m in the darkness,
Following your light.
But though I love you,
I cannot tell you so.
How much I care for you,
And cherish your heart.
Since I am the darkness,
And you are the light,
We both can exist,
But not together, for we’re apart.
For when I consume,
All and make it darkness,
Your light disappears,
Hiding you from me.
And when you shine bright,
My darkness is gone.
So now you can’t see,
Me standing by you.
So my love for you,
Which is truly pure
Can’t be said to you,
Even if I tried to.
But no matter what,
I shall always try,
To show my love,
Which goes deep down too!

River of Tears
My tears run down like rivers
I sob and cry most my heart out
I hear all those thing that
I never can remember
All those silly little things
And now I’ve forgotten all
My river of tears
Come flowing out now
Letting my emotions
Explode beyond me
And as I reach out
It all falls apart
So now I’m left with
My river of tears

And so I just have to grasp
On to all that I hold dear
Never letting go of it
So I can keep all of my
Emotions and tears inside

My Darkness
Never knowing, Never seeing
Never hearing, Never feeling
What Light really is
Always Walking, never leaving
this young heart of Darkness
Wanting more, oh so much more,
of that Darkness filling my heart.
Then seeing light for the first time
overwhelmed my heart.
For it was filled with darkness,
that never wanted to end. |
My Meaning of Life
BIRTH is the beginning of our life.
And as we go on, we learn to live again.
For when we are born, we know it all.
But as we grow, we learn and forget.
For whenever we learn,
There is something that we forget.
LOVE is a word, a emotion inside us.
If we leave it unchecked,
Then it will rule all we do.
Even though love is more than just a word,
It is over-used and said without meaning.
Be careful of when you say it,
Because love is a word that should only be said if
There is true love within you for who you're saying it to.
LIFE should be lived to the fullest.
It is a very simple thing to say,
But how does one really go by living life to the fullest?
When its filled with obstacles,
Which try to hold on and bring you down.
All you need to remember is:
Never get down in the dumps.
There is always something to bring you back up.
LOSS is something everyone will experience.
No matter what age you are,
The nature of fate is inevitable.
You have to lose in order to gain.
Even if you try to cheat your way through,
There is no way out of losing someone.
DREAMS are what our wishes come from.
They are the things that we truly desire to happen.
When you start to dream of something,
Your heart, mind, body and soul are talking to you.
They tell you what is truly within you.
All of this for a little thing, but in the end,
There is a bigger thing that happens.
Death is something that some people dread.
But there are others who embrace that thought.
Don't go through life embracing your death,
but instead embrace the thought in your final moments.
Also, do not think you can avoid death.
Because if you try to avoid it,
Then it will hunt you down.
Just remember that death is a long ways off.
There is more to life then anticipating your death.
This all seems like a letter to me.
A beginning, a body and end.
With birth as the beginning,
And many things for a body,
But death is the end.
The special thing about life and letters,
There is a cycle in both that keeps repeating itself time and time again

To love you is treason to my mind
To leave you is treason to my heart
How can I not commit treason to my mind?
How can I not commit treason to my heart?
If I love you, I will be killed by my mind
If I leave you, I will be killed by my heart
Can I ever love you without being killed?
Can I ever leave you without losing my life?
I love you with all my heart
I don’t want to leave you alone
How is it that I am stuck?
How is it that I can't decide?
For now I will be here, standing with you
For I love you, but I must never show it.
Would you have me love you and commit treason to my mind?
