Throughout high school it is important to prepare yourself for a career. At New Technology High School students go through many different aspects of Career Preparation such as Internship and Community Service.

For career preparation I am choosing to show my internship opportunity that has prepared me for a career.

Citizenship and ethics is work that you do to help your local community. It is a good way to prepare yourself for the future because it shows your willingness to work and to help out and care for your society.

I am showing the thank you letter to Joe and Carol for letting me intern for them.

Collaboration prepares you for the future because in a work place you will have to work with your associates and colleagues to come up with new ideas, solve problems and get the job done.

I am providing a group contract to show how a group that I am in works.

Critical Thinking and problem solving is very important in life. You use problem solving in business and in everyday life. Critical thinking skills are used every day, such as defensive driving and so forth.

The reason why I am providing a video scoring rubric for critical thinking is because it shows how well we creatively made our finaly video product and how we incorporated the course curriculum.

To get the most education out of school it is important that the student learns the material. Curricular Literacy is how well one learned and understood the curriculum.

For Curriucular Literacy I decided to present my test that I have taken to show how well I understand the school curriculum .

In today's technological world, spoken word is often not concentrated upon as much as it should be. Many people in today’s society have a poor vocabulary. Oral Communication is an important skill for a person to have to communicate with one another.

I chose to have oral communication be presented by a speech that a partner and I wrote to present infront of the class and peers.

Written Communication is a skill that helps one to express how they feel or to get a point across. Writing well is a very important skill to have in life.

"Tricks are for kids" expresses my feeling towards the advertising companies. That is why I chose this as my evidence.

Technology Literacy is the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. It is also the ability to use those skills in a work environment.
