At New Technology High School we are required to do about fifty hours of internship during our Senior Year. For my internship I decided that I wanted to try and do something that I enjoyed so that I could see waht it would really be like to do and I chose to do my internship cooking at Piccolinno's Itallion Cafe. I really enjoyed it there, it was fun to work with the people in the restaurant. This experience will be something that I will remember for the rest of my life.
