My portfolio is uses a little script that I wrote (watch out for line endings and hard-coded paths). It provides me an unbelievably valuable separation between content and layout. With it, I know that I have been able to save myself several hours trying to make my pages stay consistent, and waste that time instead on making it beautiful.
The menus are thanks to Dynamic Drive. Most everything was written by hand in a text editor. (KWrite/Kate/Vi, since you insist that I tell you)
