Technology Literacy

Technology Literacy is how well you understand technology, and how you utlize it to your advantage. This website is a perfect example of technology literacy, linking things on pages, putting stuff for backgrounds, etc. An even better technology literacy would make those java things work, but I dont know how to make those work.
