Career Preparation
Career preparation is one of the underlying learning
outcomes of New Tech. Not all of the subjects have this
to assess their students, but it is more for Community
service, and Internships at New Tech.
Evidence
1. My first peice of evidence is my Community Service time.
For my community service hours, I went to my old
elementary school to be a teachers aide for my
former 5th grade teacher. The requirement is 20
hours, but I enjoyed working with the kids so
much that I spent 70 hours there. Attatched is the
Letter of Recommendation I received from the Teachers
I Aided for during my time there. Letter of Recommendation
2. VWT 272 Mid-Term This Work right here is for
my "Fundamentals of Wine Chemistry and Microbiology
Mid-Term. Although the attached file is not fully
complete, it best represents how I am working towards
my career, and the fact that I am preparing for my career
early on in life because New Tech has always taught me to
aspire to achieve my goals, and it has inspired me to
start studying for my career early so I get a "running-
start", so-to-speak.
