Collaboration

“Today’s classrooms and workplaces require that you be able to work as part of a team. You need to be able to work cooperatively with people of different ages and cultural backgrounds. When working with others it is important to understand how to resolve conflicts, negotiate, share responsibilities, accept supervision and assume leadership roles.”

Collaboration is the basis of peer to peer grading. After each project each member of the project group goes and writes up a collaboration evaluation for each prior member of the group. Much of the grading here at New Tech is solely dependent on how well you do during your group time, because of how often you are working in groups (Which is roughly 95% of the time.)

My evidence for this is quite simply a collaboration evaluation in which I did rather well.
