Goal Statement- I want to coach a middle school girl’s volleyball team.

Measures of Success
Unsatisfactory – Not doing anything at all.
Could do better – Talking to the school to see for available positions. Finding out who I need to talk too.
Expected – Finding the person I need to talk too and find out the steps I need to talk become the coach.
Distinguished – Taking the steps needed and finish what I want.
