Curricular Literacy- According to the state of California and New Tech High there are things that we need to know to graduate. You should have in your portfolio things that show that you can be successful after high school.

The only thing that I have done this year that has given me any kind of award for, is when I went to Anderson to represent New Tech High, and the completion of the first and second semester of US History. I was picked by the teachers to go to Anderson schools and talk about how the life is of your normal Tech High student. For doing the presentations I was given a digital certificate, and community service hours. I finished the first semester of history with a B so they gave me an award for completing US History.

I have also just received my Microsoft Certification. I received this certificate after completing a series of tests and projects in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel. So I now know my way around Microsoft office and I am very comfortable around computers.
