Critical Thinking- Employers are looking for the workers that can think fast and on their feet. They want people to be able to think for them selves and not take a long time to do so. They want people that can think fast and on a different level.

English Paper

We were to write a paper contrasting the life of a caged animal and a woman from a short story.

History Paper

It was my job to write a paper that was based on a Naval Officer. The paper was based on the research I did on some of the survivors of the bombing of Purl Harbor. It was not one person in particular but a few people put into one. The officer I created was used as a witness in a mock trial project he had in American Studies. The character had to be created as if he was a real survivor even though he is not. It was my job to take this character that I made up and bring him to life in the trial on the witness stand.

 

I was chosen to represent New Tech High in the Recreation on Tech High in Anderson. Four other students and I were chosen to go to Anderson and talk about the life of your every day Tech High student. We had to present to six class periods and then a presentation to their parents. We spent three days and two nights in Anderson and one full day at the local schools recruiting kids to come to their new school. (See certificate below)
