Personal Statement
Even though I have only been at NTHS for a few Months I have learned a lot
about the business area and skills that can really help me in the future.
Graduation is around the corner but I still don’t even know a half
of what I will be facing. NTHS is helping me to understand what is coming.
I was born in St. Helena and raised here in Napa. I have 1 sister and my
parents who live in our house. I went to Browns Valley elementary for 1st
through 6th grade, it was a good school a lot of happy and sad times there.
After that I went to Redwood Middle School and boy am I glad I got out of
there. The next two years were spent being bored at Napa High and now I’ve
landed here at New Technology High.
The last weeks of September I have started volunteering at Redwood as a computer
lab assistant. Its kind of boring because there’s not much to do, there
should be a shipment of old computers coming that ill be able to take apart
and make better so that will give me something to do. It’s a good feeling
though helping kids to start on the road to tech literacy.
My main goal is to become an Air Force Pilot. I love to fly and I’m
going to get my pilots license. If I can’t do that ill probably follow
my father and try and become a captain in the merchant marines and go through
C.M.A. (California maritime academy). I hope you have enjoyed reading this
