To function in an environment that is all about who you know and how you deal with people Citizenship and Ethics is vital to success. As I look to be a businessman I have honed the skills needed to be a good citizen and developed the proper ethics to run a good clean business. I understand that business is never about me but about everyone else and that you should take advantage of every opportunity to give back to those who gave to you or who help others.

It’s important to give back to the community. As a citizen I is your duty to do what’s best for the group at times and not think only about yourself and on personal interests. I think that by doing voluntary Community Service I was able to help my community and show good citizenship.

A key part of good citizenship is thinking of others. New Tech High has done a lot for me and I felt it important to give back to those who gave to me. I see how they changed and molded me, making me better and who I am today. By my giving back and being involved with the school I received the Visionary of the Quarter award.
