Curriculum: Graduation Requirements

In addition to the NVUSD graduation requirements, New Technology High School students must successfully complete the following:

  • Service Learning/Internship
  • Digital Media
  • Four Napa Valley College Courses (12 UC/CSU transferable units total). NVC courses taken to meet NVUSD high school graduation requirements cannot be used to fulfill this requirement. All NVC courses must be counselor approved.
  • A web based/digital portfolio.
  • A third mathematics course (Higher level than Algebra I).
  • Communications Studies, World Studies, American Studies and Political Studies.
