COLLABORATION

The skills of collaboration include those in leadership, following, and teamwork. The skills also entail resolving conflicts, negotiating, sharing responsibilities, accepting supervision and assuming leadership roles.

Collaboration Evaluation: At the end of each project students within the various groups go online and have the opportunity to evaluate their peers on their performance on the project. This shows excellent proof of my collaboration skills and how my peers view me while working on the project.

A Hindrance to True Advancement:
This project is a script that my group and I came up with as a criticism to society. We created this script for a project based on the book Animal Farm by George Orwell. This script displays my collaboration skills because as a group we were forced to create a script and also practice together in order to have an excellent performance. This play portrayed the point while being interesting and audience grabbing.

Conflicts arose in this project mainly on how the play would be performed. We also were forced to negotiate with one another for different parts of the play and the props involved sharing the responsibilities. During this play I assumed a leadership role in the writing and also the performance.
