The skills of collaboration include those in leadership, following, and teamwork. The skills also entail resolving conflicts, negotiating, sharing responsibilities, accepting supervision and assuming leadership roles.

Collaboration Evaluation: 1999-2000 | 2000-2001

After every project, group members evaluate eachother on an online collaboration database. The scores range from 1-3, with 3 being the best. I feel these evaluation from my Junior and Senior year of high school clearly demonstrate that I work well with others, and possess great leadership skills.
